Configure your systems to send their alert messages to your dedicated Alertel mobile number. Alertel receives the message instantly and analyses its content according to your filtering rules.

Smart analysis and triggering

Alertel flags the SMS as critical based on your predefined keywords, the sender's number or the time slot. The matching alert scenario is triggered immediately.

Cascading multichannel notification

Your teams are contacted by automated voice call, SMS or both, in cascade according to your escalation scenario. The content of the incoming SMS can be included in the alert message.

Acknowledgement and reporting

The recipient confirms they are handling the alert via a keypad press (call) or an SMS reply. A full report is generated with a timestamp for each attempt and acknowledgement.
